Haitian Condy Balled

Help? I'm new to anemone, this morning my Haitian Condy was out and looking fine, then at 1 I looked at the tank and he looks like this. He has balled up before but never this far, and never more than an hour. Is this normal behavior or should I be trying to get him in a hospital tank? He is about 10% of his inflated size in this picture.

Well, my pictures never loaded anyways, but he looks better, other than moving to the back of the tank and hiding all the time now. He is more active and moving around the tank again which is annoying because I thought he was happy when he didn't move for 10 days. He does however look healthy again, I think my ocellaris might have been picking on him and irritated him.
