halide help

Hello, I have a fixture w/3x DE 250w 14k HQI bulbs & 4 96w actintics. I bought new 250 DE HQI 20k bulbs but they dont work. Any help, Im new w/halides:mad2:

Did you get these to work? My only advice is:

1. make sure the ballasts are cool.

2. make sure the bulbs are installed properly.

Yea I found out after the fact that I need FC3 bulbs. I now have 3 250w 20k DE HQI bulbs for sale $25ea.
