Halide Lighting

It is recommended to use actinic with the halide. I run the 2 PC blues and I'm thinking of adding 2 more since I have 2 10k daylights in the hood that I don't use. Keep us posted on how everything goes.

if you use 20k bulbs they have the blue tint I do believe.

I have the 20k and i love it!!! I just wish i could use the radium bulbs i hear so much about

Before you spend anymore money check out this thread.
SPS Keepers in Montgomery Area dated 01-28-09 it's located in this forum. The tank is a 120 with 8 T-5's overdriven with icecap ballast. I have seen the tank in person and it is amazing. By the way he is using ati bulbs.
