Hamilton LED Strip

Does anyone know what kind of LED is used in these Hamilton Strips? I can't find any information about it. It looks really easy to retrofit. But the price tells me that they're probably not very powerful LED.

I don't expect either to be bright enough to serve as supplementation, but might be adequate for some color/fluorescence boost. Since switching one of my PCs to 10K for more PAR I've been looking for a cheaper alternative to stunner strips.
