Hammer Coral, Question?

Should I be concerned about my hammer. its about four heads. I just noticed one excreting a white mucus and the head drawn back slightly. all the other heads look great. I used a baster to gently open the head with flow, enough that i did see some coral structure exposed.

picture, the head is dead center but you really cant see much.

I would keep an eye on the injured head if u see any more damage or rot I would frag off the head and dip it than keep it else ware in the tank.
