Hammer corals growing oddly

I find the shape of the tentacles very odd in all 3 of them. They don't look anything like hammers and appear more like frog spawns

alot of white light for Lps those scoly's have a sheen to them and I can't see a mouth is it tucking it's mouth in? the hammer on the left(direct light) is playing hot potato(fat tentacles) to get some light while the 4 in dark are rather compact with their polys smushed in almost as if they were trying to stay out of direct light. they should be fluting to the light.like a wine glass.....

The scolymia are fine just the angle of the photo. So you think too much white light is the issue?

Do they only get most of there flow from the back to front? I had some hammers and frog spawn look similar to yours when that was the case for mine. I redirected the flow so it was more random and they went back to there normal look.

Yes they do. All the flow in my tank is from the return pump as I couldn't find a good spot for a powerhead and the tank seems fine without one
