Handling and adding an anemone

I have tried searching but cant seem to find what im looking for. I have ordered an anemone online and it will be arriving tommorw. What I would like to know is how to go about adding it to the tank. From what I can gather you should drip acclimate, but then how do you go from getting it from bag to tank? Can you hold it your hand? Do you wear gloves? What next?

Nice thread. I would only add that you should try to keep it under water the whole time. Given the lagoonal nature of the creatures I don't fully understand why, but that is what I recall being taught. It might just be anecdotal advice though.
