II have been working on building a tank (215 gallon). I have a yellow-headed moray eel and a volatin lionfish. I have found a gorgeous harlequin tusk at my lfs that I would love to add. My biggest worry is that I feed Thor (the eel) clams on the half shell and I understand the tusk eats those as well... How can I be sure Thor I getting enough food? He has been on a hunger strike. I was successful in getting him to eat half a clam tonight however. Is it too soon to introduce a new fish? I have only had Thor and Odin (eel and lionfish) for a couple of days

1st that eel is a fish eater. I would feed every three days. I'm no expert but I believe that is one of the more aggressive eels and a H. Tusk could be an expensive snack be pending on size.

He's pretty big (the tusk). Not small enough to fit very well into the eels mouth. Thor is small right now... Maybe a foot long.
