Has anyone bought cleanup crews from ReefCleaners.org?

I heard a lot of good things about them as well. I just place an order with them for a cleanup crew and i was following the tracking on usps website. USPS posted at 3pm my order was delivered at 12pm. So when i got home my box was left in the sun and half of my order was dead. Im not blaming reefcleaners for this but i am blaming them for not putting any cooling packs in the box. They shipped a live order in the middle of summer where the average temp. has been 100° in Texas with no cooling packs. I am not sure if my order wasn't half dead before it got to my house. I contacted Reefcleaners and John Maloney was quick to respond and was helpful in providing acclimation procedures and other helpful advice but also quick to say he wasn't responsible for usps, which is stated on their Website, i was ok with that but when i asked him about their precautions they take to keep animals alive when shipped in the summer heat. I never heard back from him.
FYI: Aquariumdepot sent the same live order in a cooler with cooling packs. All animals were alive.

Reef cleaners is now a scam
Do not place orders to Reef cleaners the business will not take calls after ripping you off. It's a family run business and they are still taking orders and taking your money but not sending the items you order and you have no way of contacting them. Their number is now a bogus one being sent to a old lady's residence that gets swarmed with calls like mine. She's extremely upset about this and it's been keeping her up night and day because of the hundreds of people getting ripped off by this company....

Would you provide more details please? And where did you get their phone number?
I have ordered. Shipping was delayed and came on 6th day. Half was dead. I contacted John and he sent an entire replacement shipment to me. I asked to ship on Monday so it would not be delayed over the weekend, still was delayed and some stock was dead. I didn't complain however as I only asked originally for replacement of the original dead stock. Overall I'm happy with the site, just not the shipping.

I just received my first order from them. Shipped monday and arrived in Colorado on Thursday. The heat pack was still warm when I opened the box. The bags were all still inflated and the snails were moving. I am VERY happy with them and will order again.

This just simply isn't true. John responds to emails quick and every time I place an order sends an email out (not automated) on when he's gonna ship it out. I've ordered from him 3 times in the last 12 months and had 0 problems. Neat story though.
