Has anyone tried VHO lights with SPS?

I have always been partial to URI florescent lighting. both NO and VHO... I also would use URI VHOs on an SPS tank brfor MH. I do have 250w MH lighting my sump because the do have some value...

It is a 150 that is 48"x24"x31". Il ove the height and Monica hates it. I have Acrapora and Montipors that are just off the bottom that are looking nice. VHO lighting with good water parameters can't be beat...

Sounds like an awesome size tank... :thumbsup: I'd love to have 2 feet front to back to work with. BTW I wasn't asking in relationship to your lighting at all, I was just curious what the 150 looks like... I know yer a happy [and very successful ] VHO reefer...
