I actually used to do some of that for a living. I owned my owned concrete company and a customer wanted radiant heated floors. So I poured all the concrete and did it all in a coffee brown acid stain. We also did all his outside stamped patios. To get it glossy like that you actually have to seal it with a sealer and wax the floor over about 5 times to get it that shiny.
I am not sure in the picture how they got that to look like rock. Looks more like a textured stamp job with acid stain. But the acid will react to how well the floor is maintained. Cracks will look darker and any previous stains will come through the acid.
I also did a coffe shop in Boulder with an overlay product and acid stained it too. That came out pretty neat.
