Would either work well in a 40Breeder growing some SPS manly LPS and softies/zoos?

I've heard the blue leds fry out a lot. But I would change the main bulbs. Odyssea bulbs aren't very good in quality. but will work.
I was gonna buy one, but went with the Evo led fixture. but I'm only keeping fish and LR. but I think it would work.
