As the title say, i am interested to know if anyone or have anyone ever use wavysea to move tunze stream 6200 around. I plan to add couple wavy sea into my cube but not sure if the wavysea motor can handle the presure.

thanks

I have had both tunze and wavyseas. The wavyseas in my IMO is much more reef like, but they do not come with a pump. On the wavyseas+ you can run up to 3000gph!! the regular wavyseas does upto 1800. Hope this answers your questions.

8mycash, thank you for reply to my post. I want to use the wavysea with tunze mount to move my tunze 6200 back and forth. I am not pushing any water through the wavysea.

how far are you going to mount it from the wavysea? the backpressure on those things is crazy..

May be 3 inches. If the 6200 doesn't work out. i will go with 4x6055 mounted on the wavysea at 4 corners of my cube and the two 6200 will go to the bottom of my tank.

check out marc's [ aka FUDGE ] 900 gal thread i know he runs tunze like that , just can't remember what size they are , but i've seen them run on his and they definatly are slick .
