Mouth is gaping open rlly bad this time but there was some white stringy stuff coming outside of it but hasn't closed for a while usually does this when relieving waste but idk if it's alright help!

Omg it really looks scary.
It did something like this last time you posted right? The open mouth really doesn't look good.
Monitor your water closely and check your light and salinity daily. How are these parameters btw?

That is a very sick anemone. Please post all of your parameters, age of tank and lighting.

Yeah it is fine now and the mouth is closed , can it still be sick ,there was waste coming from its mouth , or white stringy stuff last time it was brown stuff coming from its mouth .ammonia 0,nitrite 0, nitrate is about 5ppm to 10ppm, and lost instructions to phosphate so it's been hard to test it from instruction online also kh as well
