My sister-in-law posted this pic on her fb page and I thought I'd take a stab at identifying.

not fishing for compliments, just wanna know.

yup, duncan's looks very familiar to the one on the right. but have a hard skeleton that they grow from, like a hammer,frogwpawn, or torch.
You can see in that photo, the foot of the nem holding on to the rock, where's a duncan you would have to epoxy/glue to the rock to get it to stay.
 
Giant Green Anemone (Anthopleura xanthogrammica) possibly. I don't know about the pink one though, possibly the same species just a different color?
 
I have a feeling they are chinese nems...As in made in china...fake. Kinda like those jelly fish like the one in Arc.
 
Thanks for all the info. She took the pic at the Dallas Aquarium, so I'm pretty sure they're legit, they have a BC exhibit there. Is there anything specific that identifies them as coldwater???
 
Both are real anemones, Painted anemone (urticina crassicornis) and Green surge anemone( anthoplura xanthogrammica).

I have both in my Coldwater tanks. I also collect and sell them :)
