...of a powder blue tang jumping out of the tank? Mine did... I would have never thought this would happen. Needless to say we are very saddened by the loss.

Are tangs known to jump out of the tank?

In my experience, any critter can jump out, slither out or crawl out of your tank. Fish manage to find the smallest opening from which to escape.... sadly, they are usually the ones that are your favorite.

I have seen tangs jump out of tanks before. It is not uncommon. Sorry to hear of your loss.
