At todays gas prices? Dock gas is around $4 a gal around here.

Those look like saddlebacks to me..

The picture was taken in the Marshall Islands(out of polymnus range). They are juvenile tricinctus with a large adult facing the camera above and to the left of the anemone.
There are a few domino damsels as well.
