Have you seen zoa open, then melt?

Some zoas I received recently looked bad when they came in.
I understand stuff happens.
I fragged some of the polyps that weren't looking really bad and glued them on another rock.
Most of the rest have melted away but these look fine to me.
Now has anyone seen zoas that have been fragged open up for a while only to decline later?

I had more pics but the camera is acting weird so could only get this photo.

Yep, that happened to me with orange ones like yours, and also with some Dragon Eyes. My orange ones were super healthy with really long skirts too.

Could also be not enough water flow...

Have had the same thing happen. Got some nice zoas, were opening up and doing fine, then one day they stopped opening up and started to shrivel/melt away. SUCKS! All my other zoas were doing great but it had to happen to a certain colony that were awesome looking!
