Having 6025 problems again =//

hey roger.

Spoke with youa month ago when i got the broken clip replaced. and i got some awesome customer service from you. about replacing it.
but it just broke again. and i noticed. that the pump was making a lot of noise as i mentioned the lat month. but this month. its not spinning a lot slower and pushing a lot less water. i today inspected it. and noticed there was rust inside of the area where the propeller is. if you could let me know what to do. the pump is only about 3 months old from kevin at OC Aquatics. He's offering to replace mine but wanted me to speak with you first.

I also noticed there are new pumps. I have two of these 6025s from kevin. and if there are new clips please let me know. As the other one is running fine but i would like to avoid the clip if i can. thanks much!

btw: the osmolator is awesome so is the skimmer =)

On Friday we get the new clips. We also have changed the shaft about 3 months ago so you may have an older shaft. Send me a PM and I will get you the parts you need.

Roger, I have 2 nanos in my tank. Recently one began to rattle. I pulled it out to inspect it and found that the metal shaft is broken. Is this an "older" shaft problem? Thanks in advance!

Yes, older shafts were blunt ended and thinner, newer ones are rounded at the tip and wider. Send me a PM and we will get this resolved.
