Hi I want to put two pairs of clown fish in my 90gallon reef tang they would have two separate anemones is that ok to do or what would happen if I do

I don't think you can keep two mature pair of clown fish in a 90 gal tank (most of the time anyway. Depends on species of clowns, you sometime can added 4 juveniles clowns and will have a pair and two juveniles.

Okay yea I have 2 occealares clowns in my display and then I have a snowflake clown and a false onx purcuallar in my refug

you have much research to do. not a knock on you, but you seem very inexperienced. you already have 2 ocellaris in the main tank, then you have a snowflake and false onyx percula in your fuge? theres no such thing as a false onyx percula. a false percula is simply an ocellaris clownfish. so you have 3 ocellaris and snowflake which is also an ocellaris. the tank is to small to have that many clowns of the same species being introduced at separate times, and thats even having separate host anemones, most likely the established pair will knock off the newly introduced pair...
