Sweet fish! But like any damsel will get large and in charge. But you don't see those very often.

Ya I know but I don't think they can do much damage to my tangs (but only time will tell). My LFS has a really nice fish trap too. The only fish I worry about getting bullied is my clowns.

don't ever buy something thinking " oh i can just catch it later" it's extremely irresponsible. research what you want and save the money for it. people buy damsels because there cheap, and there cheap because there horribly aggressive to everything,

Awesome fish and great find. They are definitely worthy of their own tank and are great aquarium fish for many reasons. I get so sick and tired of people knocking on damsels. Glad to see someone who appreciates them.

Clowns are also damsels, and can fend for themselves, I wouldn't be too concerned.
I would expect the damsels to actually try to hang w/ the clowns or near their nem.
Clown maturity will determine if the clowns will let that happen.

I have a 125 long lagoon so lots of open swimming space but not a lot of hiding places

I don't think they get collected very often. I got them for the regular price of a Domino at my LFS; they had gotten a call from someone on the islands looking to sell some fish. When I tried to find them online they were out of stock on the only site that had them listed, and they wanted something like $40 :eek2:

Oh, ok. Yikes! $40 each is crazy. I'll ask a LFS if they can get a couple in and how much they will cost, hopefully its not too much...
