I don't think if it's just a local store. There are entire threads about where to buy fish and I doubt all stores mentioned are sponsors.
If it would be your store or product and you would be pushing it I could see it to be a problem, but not being allowed to share the name of some local shop would be a bit too restrictive. I mean, it's not likely that they get much business out of that anyway.
And if you go to the club forum section you find threads with list of local stores...

Here is the pair, you can see what store it is, as you see watermark on picture. Hopefully I am not breaking any rules.
And here is example of what rare fish they can get
Rainfordi opercularis basslet , they have a pair !!!

Oh ya reefwise fish will be fine. I've ordered many times from them shipped to LA.
They do have very nice fish
Rainfordi opercularis isn't really a basslet.
And there's some recent success in captive breeding with them.
Ooo, that's pretty exciting news. I always thought this fish was really neat!
