Hawian Tang Sick

This beautiful Tang just suddenly curled her top fin and quit swimming. She must have a parasitic infection because she has a string of poop. Can anyone help?

How long have you had the fish? How are your water parameters? Is the poop white and stringy? If so its usually a sign of flukes or internal parasites with the best treatment being prazipro.
