Hawiian Yellow tangs

I am a begginer and I would like to put a hawiian yellow tang or two in my reef tank. I would like info, experiences, and pictures of those tangs.One question- how big do they get? My tank is a biocube 29 gallon.:rollface:

You do NOT want to put a yellow tang in any tank smaller than a 75 gallon tank.

+1 and actually, I don't think you can put ANY tang in a 29g aquarium, that would just be a torture for them.

Really think you need to slow down -- you have made 36 posts in just one day -- asking about (( in most of your threads )) difficult to keep, or inappropriate for your sized tank. I just see things moving way too fast and their being some loses.

Here is a good list for your size tank:

1 goby
1 blenny
2 aquacultured ocellaris or percula clownfish

Yea, no tang or lionfish. Although, there are some small lionfish you COULD do. However, I don't think it's the best idea.

Any fish on that list would be ok. I would add that a sixline wrasse would be ok in a biocube, assuming you have the lid (they jump)

I got my first reef animals a few days ago. No losses yet. I have a clownfish, dottyback, feather duster, nudibranch, ricordia mushroom coral, and last but certanly not least, my prized green bubble coral!

Which nudibrach did you get? Nudis have specialized diets that are difficult, if not impossible, to reproduce in home tanks. The dottyback may kill it as well.
