Hawkfish HELP!!!!!!

My Hawk fish has a swollen left eye and his stomach is protruding on the left side... he is breathing rapidly... what should I do? What do you thinkg happened?

I have an anenome, frog spawn, leather coral, kenya tree, sea urchin, flame angel, two clown fish, and an anthias.

I do not have any hawk fish, but check out popeye disease it may be that. Sorry I cannot be of more help

No, at least it's a step in diagnosing what's wrong...it looks right, but he has a protrusion out of his side as well...
