HD Video of my Perculas Spawning

I caught them spawning a few weeks ago, but they were almost done. So grabbed my camera really fast and didn't have time to set up a tripod.

You can see how the male "pecks" at the anemone's tentacles to keep the nest clear. There's a bunch of arctipods in the water from feeding the other fish so it's a little messy.

I think the only way to get the 720p resolution is to click the bottom link, apparently the embedded version doesn't do that. You can actually see the female placing the eggs which I thought was pretty neat!
 
Nice video! Your clowns just turned 5 on Aug 29th right? Do you remember when they started laying eggs? Curious as to the maturity rate by themselves vs living in a group of 27. :)
 
great video.. thanks for sharing.. everytime i see someone having a spawn i get really excited and cant wait for my picassos to spawn eventually
