HD4 Outlets Click, No juice goes out...

Hey Fellas,

I am in a bind with an HD4 on my system. The outlet relays click audibly, but the eballasts or heater will not operate. I have checked with an outlet tester and the outlet is receiving power, but the HD4 outlets are not hot. I have power cycled the head unit without success. Any ideas?

I don't have one, but checking the owner's manual posted on the Neptune site indicates there is an internal fuse. It sounds as if it is user serviceable, but you may want to check with Neptune support support@neptunesys.com.

Now that gives me a glimmer of hope! I'll take it off line tonight and take the faceplate off and see if I can find a fuse gone bad. I run a pretty large heater off one of the outlets, this may likely be the problem.
