Healing Anemone, HELP!

Hey guys, yesterday I took the chances on cutting my anemone into half because it was getting too big. Although it was so tough for me to perform the 'surgery' but it came out all good. Today, all the tentacles were fully bubbled, but here's one question.

I'm currently placing them in a basket so that they will not climb out, but I feel that the basket is too small for them, so, is it possible for me to place them back onto the rock? They look really, really good healing really fast but how possible is placing them back onto the rocks? Please do let me know ASAP! Thanks :D

if they are getting light and flow, id personally leave them to heal in the basket just incase something happens to one in an in-accessable part of the tank. once your confident both parts are healed and happy, then place them back in the tank.

Cool Cool, thanks much for that, yeah, I'm quite happy with it, I actually lowered the basket a little bit to the bottom today, coz I thought they were getting a little bit too much light, and immediately just IMMEDIATELY, my clowns rushed to the anemone, and are sleeping in them tonight, the anemones seem fine with it. I'm hoping for the best, I'll probably wait a couple more days before I put them back into the tank. Thanks again, angel-luver (: Appreciate that

good luck!, i read someone did this successfully to a carpet anemone and it seemed ok. i have thought about it on/off but not prepared to do it to my current anemones.
