Hello all,
Just wanted to say Hi again, I'm back... Though not in the Rochester Area anymore..
In a nutshell:
Due to certain circumstances I left the upstate NY area about 2 years ago, took a 75 day (24.000 miles) road-trip, re-settled in New Hampshire, ended up with an amazing job and I'm just about ready to set a tank up again!
Since I plan on purchasing a home in 15-20 months, I don't want to start too big, but I figure a 75 gallon tank is a good start to culture some rock, corals and fish until I'm ready to set up a big tank in the home I have yet to purchase.. Once in the new home, I will probably go for a 180 gallon tank or bigger.. (probably bigger, you all know how these things start small in your head!)
I will start gathering equipment and other dry-goods over the next few months with the hope of starting the tank up hopefully around March or April, when the power-outages are less frequent, this gives me time to set up a fully reliable power grid over the summer, to protect the tank from whatever may happen the next winter..
Good old new England storms!
Unfortunately I have absolutely nothing left, as I had to reduce my complete belongings to a few carloads (to move)....
I will be in the area around the 8th and 13th of December, if any of you have anything for sale that I could use, shoot me a message!!
How have you all been?
