I am trying to locate local builders of starphire tanks , Do these exist? I certainly would enjoy purchasing one of these for my viewing pleasure but it seems Florida's industrial portion is quite low and hard to come by these certain services.

I am enjoying an exquisite foot long Italian BMT from Subway currently , It is quite refreshing as I am pairing it with a Mr. Pibb which really cleanses my Palate. Although I wish I would of gotten green peppers on this also . I feel it is a good pairing and really suits / compliments the salami.

I know this is'nt a whole lot of helpfull info, but the fish store that is on 434 just east of 17-92. I think the owner name is Tom. He has a guy in Daytona I believe that has built all there tanks for them. He might be able to help you. Again I dont know the name of the store. Sorry. lol

got my custom starphire used, from someone in miami. his name on here is Jorsan, but don't think he's around too much anymore. give him a shout or just go with glass cages or lee mar. sounds like you are in a hurry?

there is a custom tank builder in miami. they built nyvp's tank. real nice. I am not sure on the name though..?

there are a few in miami... and im glad someone asked this because I was going to ask too...

When it comes time to build my tank it will PROBABLY make sense for me to order it from one of the two that i know down there and rent a U-Haul to get it up here... then its just a matter of 10-12 guys to help me bring it in.... any takers? lol

back on topic: both guys are right across the street from one another and both seem to do very good work. The lesser known one does his work IN his shop so everyone who comes in gets to admire your new tank for a few weeks and he does like no interest financing etc... the better known guy does it in a tank building shop nearby and I hear he charges more but I also hear he has been doing it way longer so most people trust him more...

I have a guy in Miami that built mine. He's been building tanks for 40 years. I went down and picked it up with a u-haul. Shipping will add mucho$$$.

As long as you know exactly what you want with glass cages and can give them an extremely well drawn schematic there shouldn't be. Best of luck with them I hear its pretty hit or miss depending on what you're looking for

How soon do you want one and how many gallons? Marineland/Perfecto is coming out with new line of very big tanks that have Starphire (TM) glass.
