So I have always wanted to get into a reef tank(careful what you wish for) A neighbor is retiring to travel and is giving me his 55 reef tank he's had for at least 10 years.
The whoe thing def needs some love but Im getting tank, oak stand and light hood that's toast(good thing I have a wood shop) 10-15 gallon sump and bunch of LED light strips in tubes.
there a decent amount of coral and looks to me like anemones.Id love some help with identifying the fish and other living things particularly the little red mushroom looking things that seems to be proliferating wildly.
Plans:
-get the tank moved
-Build another light hood
-Refinish the base and
-modify it as i will have it on a wall so i dith the 10-12 gallon sump for a 30 gallon tank i have sitting around
-build a happy community
LFS store said ditch the tomatoe clown and keep the fox there is also a 2" little red fish I couldnt snag a picutre of
