HELP!! 2nd Sick Clown

First clown(True) had a gash like hole in each side with white like skin hanging off. Died in two days of symptoms. Now two weeks later I get a different(Clarkii) clown. He started off eating well but now has not eaten in three days and has its color has started fading with a slime like appearance this morning. Everything else in the tank is still fine.????

Anemonefishes are very susceptible to Brooklynella disease. It has a few of the symptoms you've described.

Diagnosis is the most important and first step in helping the fish and unless you post a photograph most of us here can't help.

However, I can direct you to some sites that contain information on Brooklynella and some photos of what it may look like. Brooklynella, though can appear from anything like red blotches to just breathing hard or sluffing off the mucous coating.
