its Acropora Valida aka Tricolor acro.... and they are always the first ones to brown out if something doesnt go their way...
Well I'll be darned... There it is.. This is why my Tri-Color is BROWN!! All my other sps are fine.

OK back to the topic.. Yes definatley invest in test kits if you plan on keeping sps. And don't put your sps in direct flow from your powerheads either. It might recover, it might not but get your test kits ASAP.
