If you stock your aquarium before it has cycled properly, you will probably kill your animals. If you stock to rapidly, your tank will have another ammonia/nitrite spike, again probably killing your animals. At best, you will have problem algae, and sick fish. Remember that this is a long-term hobby. It is not uncommon for a tank to only stabilise properly after 6 months. Your corals can outlive you, and even the most common fish can live longer than 20 years, if you do your bit....
Nobody was bashing you! We were trying to help. What are we supposed to think when you ask questions like: What will happen to my corals if my anemone dies? I have high amonia and nitrates, should I do a water change? How to raise salinity? What temp is good?
Then we find out your tank is 5 weeks old, and overstocked for being so new, you are treating Ich with hyposalinity with an anemone in the tank. You don't own a QT tank. You should know by now to research before you buy.
You refused to give any details about your equipment and water chemistry. Some details finally came out, but not nearly enough.
Your questions were answered the best they could be with the little information you provided. There were suggestions made to you so you could better your knowledge and help your anemone. I suggest you take that advise.
If you don't want help, don't ask for it!
