Help Asap

I have a valentini puffer in a fish only tank w/ a humbug damsel, blue velvet damsel, tomato clown. My valentini has gotten really skinny over the past few days and has a black "vein" looking thing popping out by his stomach to his anus. what is going on. the humbug damsel rubs his tail against him and nips at him lately

Put the puffer in a quarantine tank with pristine water parameters where he won't be harassed and make sure he gets enough to eat. As for the vein thingy... no idea. Is it something you see under his skin or is it hanging/protruding off of him?

get a 10 gallon tank, they are like 10 anywhere you go

yea man...get a 10g aga, put an aquaclear 20 on it (17bucks) and use water from your established tank...and throw any light on it thats not super bright...mine cost me 35 bucks total.
