Help! Attilla Is Sick!!! (Photo Attatched)

Of course, I am away at MACNA so I can only describe the symptoms as they were related to me over the phone: Heavy scratching and about a dozen tiny raised 'whitehead' like nodules behind the gills. Most noticable when the fish is oncoming. Nothing ON the gills themselves. Appitite is normal, eyes are clear. No other fish seem affected.

For those who are unfamiliar with this fish, it has been with me nearly 7 years, is currently about a foot long and has not been sick a day in its life.

The odd thing about this is that no other fish have gone into the tank since last Feb. and even they were Formulin dipped first. I DID introduce a couple of new coral frags on discs but they were bathed in both Interceptor and Lugol's. One last thing though: Before I left, I disturbed quite a bit of the tank's established live rock during fragging and in preparation to re-aquascape a section upon my return.

Water parameters are well within normal limits and have been stable. No temp spikes, etc. as far as I know.

Any thoughts about what this parasite could be? Could just disturbing the rockwork release a dormant pathogen into the tank? And why is the Sohal the only fish affected?

I'm attaching a photo I was sent but as it is a side shot, the nodules are tough to see. Look behind the gill plate though near the orange marking. General 'scruffy' appearence is due to the chronic scratching, btw. Any help would be greatly appeciated.

My fish get like this when i play in the tank water to long .
It is always my 8 years old PBT the parasites will go away by it self in about three weeks .
I feed Kent garlic Xtreme soaked pellet food for two to three weeks and it gets better . here is some picks if you like to see them .
Here the fish loaded with parasites don't know what they are when it get stress it come down with this parasites.
