HELP: Blue Hippo Tang injured

Hello all. I recently added a Blue Hippo Tang to my reef a little over a week ago. When I introduced it to the tank, the yellowtail damsel (currently living in the sump after a battle to get it out of the tank) was nipping at it, specifically at one spot on it's side.

This morning, as I sat there watching everything doing it's thing in the tank I noticed that the Tang now has what looks to be a sore where it was being nipped by the Damsel. The Tang doesn't seem to be in any kind of distress or discomfort at this point.

Is there anything that can be done to help heal the wound or do I just hope that it heals on it's own?

I would watch to see if it gets ANY worse, which can be a sign of an infection or something of that nature. From the picture he looks quite small, so an infection could do him in quite quickly. Then I'd quarantine and treat with copper.

I vote to get rid of the damsel.

He's out and gone into the sump already. I put the Tang in last Friday and the following day the Damsel was living in the sump. After seeing it go after the Tang, it had to go

He is small. Maybe an inch. Physically he seems to be fine. Swimming around with all the other fish constantly. I'll keep an eye on it and hopefully it goes away
