Help!!! Ca Reactor Problem!!!

I have a GEO 612 Calcium Reactor. It has been running fine for a couple of years now. I was looking under the stand, just checking things out, and I noticed that there were no bubbles going on in the bubble counter. The pH controller is set at 6.4, but the current pH was at 7.2. So, kit was calling for CO2. So, I thought maybe I was out of CO2. The gauges on tom of the CO2 tank both are far from zero. So, I played with the valve to let more Co2 through and still no bubbles in the bubble counter. Any thoughts on what might be causing the CO2 not to flow?

This is simple troubleshooting.

You have a CO2 tank. If there's pressure in the tank, perhaps you have a bad solenoid on your regulator (assuming you have a solenoid regulator). Can you hear it click open/closed when you apply power to it? If you open the valve and don't get CO2 flow, either your solenoid is stuck or your regulator is somehow bad.

Alternatively, make sure nothing is blocking/pinching the line from the CO2 tank to the reactor.

Also, check that the pH controller is still working. Plug the solenoid directly into an outlet and see if it lets any CO2 through.
