HELP! debris coming from pouch

I have a female H.erectus who has debris coming from her pouch. When I cam home last night I found that my heter wasn't working right and tank was down to 73 degrees! She was wrapped around the top part (2inched) of the heater where heater guard is not and the heater was on. I was concerned she had burns but looked her over and she was fine. I fed her and she ate but she seemed uneasy. My other much smaller H.erectus did not seem effected by the temperature change. In about 2 hours I got the tank back up to 76 degrees. I checked on her this morning and she is wrapped around the heater guard and won't move, I have tried to take her off to get a closer look at the debris coming from her pouch and she won't move. I also tried feeding her and she did not move. Is she ok? Why are there debris coming from her pouch? Does it have to do with the temperature problem? How do I help her? Please see attached picture. Any input is helpful. Thank you!

Females don't normally have a pouch although I've had one with a pseudo pouch.
You shouldn't need a heater anyway as recommended temperature range for the tank would be 68° to 74° to lessen the chances of bacterial infestations.
You have conflicting information in that the heater wasn't working so temp dropped, but heater was on when you removed the seahorse from above the guard. (that part shouldn't get hot anyway)
The picture doesn't tell me anything other than it appears to be an immature male.
I don't know of any "debris" that might be coming from a pouch.
How long have you had these seahorses?
Where did you purchase them from?

I agree with Rayjay that you do not need a heater...73 degrees is a great temp! You don't suppose your seahorse may have just been pooping? The anus is very close to the pouch. Did this "debris" appear stringy in some way?
