Help does anyone know what this might me

I'm not sure what this is and how I can go about treating it. Clown is about 4 months old and he has these white spots and a cloudy eye. Not sure if ick causes that. Right now all I have in the tank is 2 clowns, blood shrimp, blue legs hermit, red strip snail, live rock and sand. There recently was a small blue hippo but I took him out.

Forgot to mention that I also have coral

The red stuff on the bottom right? Looks like cyanobacteria.

No that's just a rock but the light it hitting it at a bad angle. I'm talking about the little clown fish

Picture is too blurry (at least on my phone), but from what I can see I would consider Brooklynella high on the list.

Wow. How did I miss the info you posted? That's what I get for reading the title and then looking straight at the pic.

Yes it looks like brooklynella, how can I treat for this?
