It has damage on upper left side of mouth, I just got it from liveaquaria, everything else is good, and eating fine I think. How can I save it, what cause this? Please help...

It look good to me. If there is anything wrong, I did not see it in the picture.
There is nothing we can do to help other than suggest that you keep the condition that it is in as good as possible. IMO, there is strong evidence that Gigantea like hotter rather than cooler aquarium, like 80+ I keep my Gigantea at 84 F. You probably know that they require high light and high flow.
Good luck with him and keep us update.

Here is a better view, looks like infection or something? didnt notice this until this morning, it usually fold together.

I cant see it either if you just got the nem from liveaquaria give them a call and let them know about the issue before its too late.

light is on now, I found my clownfish start to bit that area,I think they try to clean there? I am afraid it will not make it....

Put the clowns in the sump for now. Is the skin intact around that area? If the clowns biting it just remove the clowns. These anemone take a while to close their mouth. If your clowns keep digging into a wound or the mouth, it will not heal and will kill it.
If you worry, talk to LA.
Consider treat the anemone with antibiotic if you think it is a wound and is infected. Make sure this will not void the 2 weeks warranty by LA.

Thanks, I did talk to customer service, they ask me send a picture, so they can document it in their file. what antibiotic would you recommend? I got a Melafix, is it work?

Ok, two days from my last update now. I think it actually go worse now, because it open huge mouth and shrinks at night, and it start to moving now. But yesterday after light back on, it return to health sign, I mean it was looks back to totally health, fully open and tiny mouth. I don't know how he actually doing for today, but when I got home at night, it looks like last night, shrinks and still moving and looking for a new place, but not far away from its first place. Also I think it get a little bit bleached to yellow in some area. But mouth is still reasonable tight for now. I also notice in the injured area, there are some dead tissue fly around but still connected to body, and looks like bubble kind thing grow on body surface, it is good or bad?

Can you tell us more about your tank? Water specs (temp, pH, general conditions), lighting, and flow?

Typically healthy gigs in stable tanks can heal themselves without any medication. My gig got chewed up by an MP40 twice and it's doing fine.

Unfortunately, yours sounds like it trying to overcome shipping stress as well as this ailment. Can you describe the "shrinking"? If it shrinks down to maybe 3/4 of its size during the day, then it's normal. If it fully deflates to the point where it looks like its trying to remove all of the water within it, then it's not a good sign.

On the flip side, I know of two people who recently (with 2 months) bought gigs from LA, and both are doing fine. They are the tan/cream morph, which IME tend to do better than the others. Good luck!

I am not sure if there is a lot you can do other than provide it with the best care you can and hope for the best, or take him out and treat him with antibiotic.. There is not a whole lot else you can do. I do not have experience with anemone with one area become necrotic like your's.
Healthy anemone, are able to heal themselves. I got a Magnifica got a tear on the oral plate, bad enough that some of the tentacle got pull into the wound and out the mouth. This anemone was able to heal himself. We do know that BTA and Magnifica are able to heal major injury, even with been cut in two. Other host anemones are not as good in this regard but, if healthy, they all can heal from trauma, up to a point.

I think it is doing ok now, it moved from rock to sandbed but still close to rock. I am still keep watching it everyday. not major improving, but seems also not go worse for now.
