help get fish out of tank

i sorta need hel trying to catch one of my fishes.. reason why is because i have a yellow watchman and a blenny in my tank.. and yes they do not get along with eachother...well just the yellow watchman is the agressive one.. what is the easiest way to catch them... right now whatever one i catch will be fine...

Acrylic Fish trap. Or keep them real hungry, put food in a beer bottle, set if tank and wait. Drink the beer.
