HELP - GHL PAB3: control port overlaps

Just fired up my Profilux3 PAB (with 1 Powerbar 6D-UK-PAB: "PB6") yesterday with the following functions:

- illumination control of 2 pairs or T5 and 1 MH in ports S1 to S3;
- temp monitoring
- pH monitoring
- control of Balling light and ZeoStart2 thru a Profilux 4 pump dosing unit ("DU").


The PB6 is connected to the PAB port on the main unit and the DU is connected to the S5/S8 western port.


Problem is that with the PB6 connected, it takes over control of ports S1 to S6 instead of S1 to S4. This means that I am left with ports S7 to S8 only to control my DU... not enough...

I am sure that I did something wrong here and I am looking for some guidance!

Otherwise, a superb piece of kit!

this is becuase you have the doser plugged into a fixed port S5S8 so it will ONLY work on sockets 5 to 8 this is why you have the overlap

Plug the doser into S1S4 and then go to socket function outlet and "program digital power bar/doser"

Select doser

Then set first pump as 7 the software will enter the rest for you

Press save

Now the doser is programmed to react on sockets 7 onwards and no overlap.
