help, have problem with open brain

i have a red & green open brain and it is starting to loose color & the flesh is starting to leave certain areas, i'm concerned it maybe bleaching. Is there anything I can do to help fix it. I tested my water & everything is good. Do they sell some kind of dip to fix it.

I had a brain that bleached from moving to vho to mh. I kept my parameters up and it survived. I did feed it once a week though so that may have helped. It was a bummer it went from bright red to clear. I donated it to my lfs though because it really became and eyesore and I thought they could take better care of it.

They are types of lights. VHO= very high output (florescent type of bulb) and mh= metal halide (considered the most intense of the types of lights often used).

I have had this happen with a couple of brains before, i have had some that thrive and some that do not, There is really no explination somtimes.

I use an product called Revive, its a coral disinfectant that i love, smells like pine sol but really works, also helps to rid corals of unwanted pests that you might get.
