HELP! I did something really stupid

I dont know if i will be ok but I added half the dropper of coral rx by mistake. My skimmer is going crazy. I dont have water made to do a water change right now. Will it be ok for 12 hours? I was wanting to add my amino acids which is the same color bottle and i added coral rx pro instead... what can i do?

Run some carbon and polyfilter in your system if you have it.

Your skimmer will probably overflow. If you have top off water let it pull as much as possible and top off as necessary. If you can't top off block off the air intake so the skimmer doesn't overflow.

so i should be ok? Its about 75 gallons total water volume... I cant believe i overlooked this...

Id say do a 20-30 % water change along with some carbon and maybe do another water change in a few days

picking up salt in a few hours... tank looks fine and all the corals are open. Only downside is massive amounts of micro bubbles. The skimmer has calmed down a bit. Will do a water change ASAP! Thanks everyone!

Yeah do a big water change if you can... And carbon for sure. Rember that coral dips are literally poisons to all sorts of life, that's why we use them to get pests off our corals. But with such a small amount that you put in your tank, I bet you won't have long term problems so long as you take care of it today
