If she sleeps in the open where you can net her, wait until the lights are off about an hour or better, 2 hours. Then, get a big net ready and switch on the lights. She should be so disoriented after being awakened from her beauty sleep that you should be able to net her pretty easily.
This is the way a few years ago I caught the nastiest fish I have ever owned, a big, mean, orange, female Maroon Clown (not a gold-stripped). I had spent weeks trying to catch her without success--well, I did manage to stress out all other tank inhabitants (except the little b****). What I was doing adding her to the tank in the first place is beyond me.
