HELP: ID of Crab

Hi Everyone,

I got some live rock today and found a hitch hiker crab. Can anyone identify this species and if he is ok to go into the main tank?

It's probably a xanthid crab. They are pretty destructive in a reef tank. Toss it in the sump.
