Help ID this anemone

This is the ugly creature i found when one of my bottom rocks dropped.

what is it? aptesia? i know i have 1 that is looking totally different, and it is aptesia but its getting a bit big. Was thinking of getting a peppermint shrimp for it.

No, it's not aiptasia. I have one and have had it for years. It was a hitchhiker on live rock. I can't recall the species name, but I've seen an id before for it. They cause no problems, but are very sticky. They seem to like to attach similar to a BTA in the rockwork. I even occasionally feed mine, which is quite a spectacle. They immediately clamp around the food with their tentacles and pull back into the hole they reside in.
 
The anemone doesn't look "right" to me. The oral disk looks over inflated, with withdrawn tentacles. Maybe now that it's exposed, it's posture will change??????

I am far from certain on the ID. It was just a guess. With the bands on the tentacles, it resembles a member of the Condylactis genus as well. I think you'll need to give it time to grow and get cumfy, before you'll be able to get a conclusive ID.
