help ID this black and white worm

Give it a bit of sand and let it calm down, see if it unfurls a bunch of tentacles. That would be my guess, an unhappy peanut worm.
 
A bit of some kind of worm. 'Polychate' covers a LOT of different kinds of worm. Might grow back if it's moving around, might not.
 
Polychaeta..... Poly = many, chaeta = bristle or hair so these are bristle worms, marine cousins of earthworms. Fireworms (amphinomids), spagetti worms (terebellids), hair worms (cirratulids), fan worms & feather dusters (sabellids & serpulids) are just a few of the families in class Polychaeta. Mostly they're harmless.

The fragment SassAwrasse has will not survive or regrow.
