Help ID this tiny creature.

I bought 45 lbs. of live rock from liveaquaria.com (it's on sale for $99 right now btw) and several of these have shown up in my sump dead. Anyone know what they are? They're very tiny; about double the size of a flea. It looks like some sort of larva to me.

Looks like a tiny cucumber.

Could also be the pupa of a flying insect. Sometimes they get into live rock shipments one way or another.

That's what I was thinking looks like a maggot or beetle larva....weird.

it might look like a peanut worm but it's an larval insect casing.

Thanks for the responses all. This creature strongly resembles many pictures of fly larva turned up on google. I'm satisfied that's what it is.
